Workers receive the full job budget minus only Stripe's standard card-processing fee (~2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). TaskCircle takes $0 of that.
Individual members — workers and job posters alike — never pay a signup fee or a per-job fee. Your subscription covers everyone in your circle.

Your circle is private. Only members who enter your join code during signup can see or claim jobs. No public listings, no strangers.
Stripe Connect escrow
Payments are authorized when a job is claimed and captured only when the poster marks the job complete. If a job is cancelled, the hold is released automatically — no charge.
Parental consent for 14–17
Workers aged 14–17 must confirm parental or guardian consent during signup. They also acknowledge their responsibility to obtain any required working papers before accepting paid work.
Safety reporting & moderation
Misconduct reports immediately suspend the reported user pending review. Community administrators are notified and included in the resolution process.
